También llamado Comaplana (Coma Plana) por ser su lugar de nacimiento, aunque la toponimia más correcta es la del nombre de este torrente alpino, con agua casi todo el año, en verano puede llegar a secarse aunque rápidamente coge agua con cualquier tormenta o chaparrón que caiga en la zona. Instalaciones algo precarias o de aventura, en un entorno maravilloso, sobre la Vall Fosca y con fantásticas vistas. Si lo realizamos en primavera lo podremos encontrar con un buen caudal aunque algo frío.

Por la N260 entre Pont de Suert y la Pobla de Segur, a la altura de Senterada nos desviamos por la L503 a la Torre de Cabdella. Seguiremos por la misma carretera hacia el pueblo de Cabdella, lo atravesamos, cruzamos el Flamisell y continuamos por la carretera unos 2kms hasta unas horquillas, en la segunda de izquierdas, muy cerrada con un quitamiedos alto, está el aparcamiento de Ricossanto, seguiremos unos 300m hasta el siguiente torrente, unos metros antes tenemos sitio para aparcar. Con el coche de acceso continuamos hasta la presa y la cruzamos para aparcar en el aparcamiento del otro lado.

On the N260 between Pont de Suert and La Pobla de Segur, at the height of Senterada we turn off on the L503 to the Torre de Cabdella. We will continue along the same road to the village of Cabdella, cross it, cross the Flamisell and continue along the road about 2kms to some forks, in the second left, very closed with a high guardrail, is the parking Ricossanto, we will continue about 300m to the next stream, a few meters before we have room to park. With the access car we continue to the dam and cross it to park in the parking lot on the other side.

Bcos Ricossanto, Valldomars y Pigolo Saldremos en dirección al Estany Gento, sendero bastante empinado por la izquierda orográfica del Canal de Pigolo, grandes vistas de la Vall Fosca, del circo y del embalse hasta llegar a la vía verde, antigua vía de vagonetas, aquí iremos a la derecha, atravesaremos dos pequeños túneles y continuaremos. Por esta vía/vereda son unos 1,5 km hasta llegar a nuestro torrente.

Banks Ricossanto, Valldomars and Pigolo We will leave in the direction of Estany Gento, quite steep path on the orographic left of the Canal de Pigolo, great views of the Vall Fosca, the cirque and the reservoir until we reach the greenway, old wagon track, here we will go to the right, cross two small tunnels and continue. Along this path it is about 1.5 km until you reach our torrent.

Una primera parte con algunos destrepes y sin mayor interés hasta casi la confluencia con un afluente por la izquierda, a partir de aquí se sucederán los rápeles hasta casi la carretera. No encontraremos grandes tramos engorgados pero si pequeñas zonas encajonadas en las que la fuerza del agua en primavera nos hará estar muy atentos.

A first part with some dexterity and without greater interest until almost the confluence with a tributary on the left, from here the rappels will follow each other until almost the road. We will not find big fattened sections but small boxed zones in which the force of the water in spring will make us to be very attentive.
