Situándonos en Aveiro, Por la N224 hasta Arouca o por la N225 a Alvarenga Nos metemos por la R326-1 y luego giramos a la M505 a Canelas. Al llegar al pueblo nos desviamos a la playa fluvial de Vau. Aparcaremos allí abajo
In Aveiro, take the N224 to Arouca or the N225 to Alvarenga. We take the R326-1 and then turn to the M505 to Canelas. Arriving at the village we turn off to the river beach of Vau. We will park down there

Salimos de frente hacia las pasarelas y el bar. Al llegar al bar giramos a la derecha remontando el arroyo (que se queda a nuestra izquierda), a los 50m del bar, el sendero gira a la derecha, nosotros seguimos a la izquierda y al poco, acaba la subida y nos echamos al cauce
We go straight ahead towards the footbridges and the bar. Arriving at the bar we turn right up the stream (which stays on our left), 50m from the bar, the trail turns right, we continue to the left and soon, the climb ends and we throw ourselves into the riverbed.

Al llegar a la playa fluvial nos echamos a la izquierda bajo las pasarelas para volver a subir al aparcamiento
When we reach the river beach, we turn left under the footbridges to go back up to the parking lot.
