Debemos situarnos en Igueste, al lado de Candelaria Situación barrancos Igueste-Hondo Subiremos por Igueste a la calle Ajoreña (ascendente), luego calle Maja,… hasta la calle La Jimena, la seguiremos hasta que se convierte en pista de tierra, se puede aparcar al lado de un depósito de agua. Si tenemos coche alto seguimos la pista otros 100m hasta encontrarnos con el canal de Araya o más allá hasta el final de la pista. El vehículo de retorno lo habremos dejado en la TF-28 en el p.k. 13,2 al lado del puente sobre el bco Los Poqueros, al lado del bar Agrícola.

Tras el R6 nos volvemos a encontrar con el sendero de la galería de las Gambuesas, nos eleva por la derecha del barranco para volver a descender posteriormente al cauce. Seguimos el sendero por el cauce con las flechas blancas que nos indican el sendero a seguir hasta la pista de Arigoña. Iremos a la izquierda hasta la carretera.
