Localización de Folgoso Debemos llegar a Folgoso do Courel. Acceso barrancos del Rio Carballido croquis Una vez allí por la LU-651 dirección Quiroga. En el km 20 (a 2km de Folgoso). Pista a la izda y seguimos 1,5kms hasta una construcción abandonada. La dejamos a un lado (parking Rego do Val) y seguimos otro kilómetro hasta giro cerrado a la derecha (subida al repetidor de TV). Aparcamos allí.
