Tendremos que situarnos en Arouca, en la provincia de Aveiro Desde aquí nos dirigimos hacia Moldes por la CM1251 y seguimos esta carretera hacia el sur por Bustelo hasta llegar a Cando. En la curva anterior podremos aparcar y acceder a la parte superior. Desde Moled si vamos a Pedrogao, aquí podremos dejar el coche de acceso para la parte inferior o retorno de la superior. Si desde Arouca vamos a Bouceguedim, en el puente sobre el río dejaríamos el coche de retorno de la parte inferior.

We will have to be located in Arouca, in the province of Aveiro. From here we head towards Moldes on the CM1251 and follow this road south through Bustelo until we reach Cando. In the previous curve we will be able to park and access the upper part. From Moled if we go to Pedrogao, here we can leave the access car for the lower part or return from the upper part. If from Arouca we go to Bouceguedim, in the bridge over the river we would leave the car of return of the lower part.

Para la parte superior se puede acceder directamente desde Cando o subir desde Pedrogao por la ladera de Peña Amarela por un sendero que nos lleva a la carretera. Para la parte inferior iremos desde Pedrogao por el PR8 de las minas hasta el puente de acceso.

De la parte superior saldremos por el puente del PR a la izquierda hacia Pedrogao. De la parte inferior llegaremos a Bouceguedim. Si no tenemos el coche aquí, hay un sendero que sube hasta Pedrogao
