Tenemos que ir hasta San Juan de Plan, para ello llegamos a Ainsa y cogemos la A138 dirección Francia. Pasado Lafortunada y antes de llegar a Bielsa tendremos un desvío a la derecha a Salinas, Valle de Chistau, Gistain, etc. Iremos por esta carretera y pasaremos Plan y al poco San Juan de Plan. En el pueblo carretera hace un giro a la izda y sale una calle a la derecha que se convierte en pista, la seguimos y cruzamos el Cinqueta. El siguiente puente es el río Sen. Aparcamos.

Por la derecha orográfica del río Sen hay un camino que remonta el cauce en unos 15-20min nos deja en un puente de hormigón, inicio del descenso.

On the orographic right of the river Sen there is a path that goes up the riverbed in about 15-20min and leaves us on a concrete bridge, the beginning of the descent.

Precioso descenso y poco conocido. En muchas ocasiones lo encontraremos vacío. Una zona engorgada muy bien formada y continua nos espera tras un pequeño tramo abierto. No tiene saltos o grandes rápeles pero su gran caudal y encajonamiento te fuerza a estar continuamente atento.

Beautiful and little known descent. In many occasions we will find it empty. A very well formed and continuous fattened area awaits us after a small open stretch. It does not have jumps or big abseils but its great flow and boxing forces you to be continually attentive.
