Debemos llegar a Bagnères de Luchon por el lado Francés por la D125 o desde España por el Portillon desde Bossost por la N141. A la salida de Bagnères de Luchon dirección norte deberemos girar a la izquierda por la D618 dirección Arreau y Peyresourde. Al llegar a Cazeaux giraremos a la izquierda por la D76 hacia la comuna de Oô. Cruzamos el pueblo y seguimos dirección Granges d'Astau y Lac d'Oô. Al final de la carretera hay un parquin habilitado.

We must reach Bagnères de Luchon from the French side by the D125 or from Spain by the Portillon from Bossost by the N141. At the exit of Bagnères de Luchon north we must turn left on the D618 towards Arreau and Peyresourde. Arriving at Cazeaux turn left on the D76 towards the commune of Oô. Cross the village and continue towards Granges d'Astau and Lac d'Oô. At the end of the road there is a parking lot.

Retrocedemos unos 100m para cruzar el puente y coger el GR que remonta por el valle del Ruisseau d'Esquierry. Lo seguimos hasta que cruza el arroyo a unos 1650m y aquí entramos al agua

We go back about 100m to cross the bridge and take the GR that goes up the valley of the Ruisseau d'Esquierry. We follow it until it crosses the stream at about 1650m and here we enter the water.

Bonito descenso que empieza con unos pequeños rápeles y muy abierto para ir cogiendo cada vez más altura hasta la impresionante cascada de Chevelure de la Madeleine.

Nice descent that starts with a few small rappels and very open to get higher and higher until the impressive waterfall of Chevelure de la Madeleine.

Tras el último rápel salimos a la izquierda y al poco cruzamos el río dirección al parking.

After the last rappel we exit to the left and soon we cross the river towards the parking lot.
