Nos dirigiremos por la C-17 hasta Ripoll, allí cogeremos la C-26 y después la N-260 dirección Sant Joan de les Abadesses, donde a poco más de un kilómetro pasada la población cogeremos la C-38 hasta Camprodon. Una vez en Camprodon, giraremos en la rotonda a la izquierda a Setcases y Vilallonga de Ter, por la GIV5264. Al llegar a Setcases, al lado de la rotonda de entrada, podremos aparcar, hay un aparcamiento a la izquierda.

We will take the C-17 to Ripoll, there we will take the C-26 and then the N-260 towards Sant Joan de les Abadesses, where a little more than a kilometer past the town we will take the C-38 to Camprodon. Once in Camprodon, turn left at the traffic circle to Setcases and Vilallonga de Ter, on the GIV5264. Arriving at Setcases, next to the entrance traffic circle, we can park, there is a parking lot on the left.

Accesos bcos Solans, Pastissol y Socarrats Ya pertrechados iremos al pueblo, entrando por la calle principal para subir hacia la Plaça Major. Al lado de ella encontraremos los indicadores al Camí de les Creus y les Mines, lo cogeremos y comenzaremos la subida por el monte en cómodos zig-zag. A los casi 2kms dejaremos la pista para irnos a la izquierda a los restos de la mina, aquí el camino se vuelve un poquito más perdedor pues ya se mete entre el bosque. Como referencia, en este tramo no deberíamos ganar ni perder prácticamente altura. Una vez llegados a la mina, seguiremos en horizontal buscando ya bajar suavemente hacia el cauce de nuestro río.

After almost 2kms we will leave the track to go to the left to the remains of the mine, here the path becomes a little loser because it gets into the forest. As a reference, in this section we should not gain or lose practically no height. Once we arrive at the mine, we will continue horizontally looking to descend gently towards the riverbed of our river.

Largo descenso con multitud de rápeles y destrepes. A ratos encontraremos muchísima vegetación, restos de troncos, etc. que nos complicarán el avance. Las pozas que nos encontraremos no suelen tener profundidad para saltar

Tras cruzar el sendero de Setcases-Tregura, tendremos 3 rápeles más y saldremos al valle, tras pasar unos tubos y una verja, veremos ya una senda a nuestra izquierda. La tomaremos para volver al pueblo

En el sendero de Setcases-Tregura. Se puede abandonar el cauce en casi cualquier momento, aunque luego buscar el sendero de acceso puede ser complicado por lo cerrado del entorno
