Tenemos que llegar a la localidad de Fafiao. Acceso Arado, Conho y Fafiao Desde Ourense por la OU312 y luego la N308-1. Desde Verín, Bragança o Braga por la N103. Una vez en Vilar da Veiga nos dirigimos a Ermida por la CM1276 y seguiremos hacia Fafiao. Antes de llegar al puente sobre el rio Fafiao tenemos una pista (al principio cementada) a la izquierda por la que podemos subir hasta donde nos de el coche. Haremos un par de curvas enlazadas hasta llegar a un cruce de pistas, aquí (o antes si no podemos subir tanto) dejamos el coche de retorno. Con el coche de acceso desde Ermida por la CM1276 y a la entrada giramos a la izquierda hacia la Cascada de Arado. Subiremos con el coche hasta el puente sobre el río Arado y por esa misma pista hasta lo alto del monte (hay que revisar primero el estado de la pista), hasta una casa.

Si tenemos dos coches desde la pista de acceso solo habrá que bajar al río por la pista que sale a la derecha de la casa: Si solo tenemos un coche, en el cruce de pistas tendremos que subir por la pista de la izquierda, la de la derecha es el retorno. Podremos llegar hasta la casa y girar a la derecha para bajar por la pista hasta el río.

Die Tour beginnt auf 680m mit einem längeren Geh- und Abkletterabschnitt mit wenigen kleinen Stufen die gesprungen (Achtung!) oder abgeklettert werden können (max. 10m). Nach ca. 40-45min. erreicht man die höchste Abseilstelle. Man seilt sich zuerst 10m ab und kann sich dann für die 37m re (rutschig) im Wasser oder li außerhalb der Wasserführung entscheiden. Kurz darauf folgt eine weitere 20m Abseilstelle (li). Nach dieser letzten höheren Abseilstelle kommen noch zwei kleine rutschige Stufen wobei die Erste li abgeklettert und die nächste re abgeseilt wird. Das darauf folgende verblockte offene Gelände wird möglichst li umgangen bis man auf einer Forststraße (Steinmanderl) trifft. Ausstieg auf ca. 480m.

The tour begins at 680m with a longer walking and downclimbing section with a few small steps that can be jumped (be careful!) or downclimbed (max. 10m). After approx. 40-45 minutes you reach the highest abseiling point. First you rappel 10m and then you can choose between the 37m right (slippery) in the water or left out of the water. Shortly afterwards, there is another 20m abseil (left). After this last higher rappel, there are two small slippery steps, the first of which is downclimbed on the left and the next on the right. The following blocked open terrain is bypassed as far left as possible until you reach a forest road (Steinmanderl). Exit at approx. 480m.

Man folgt der Forststraße nur für ca. 80m. Dann li den unscheinbaren Pfad auf der orographisch re Bachseite folgen. Nach einiger Zeit wechselt der Pfad auf die li Seite und führt in kürze zur Brücke/Parkplatz auf 380m. Hier mündet der Bach in den Rio Toco.

Follow the forest road for only about 80m. Then follow the inconspicuous path left on the orographic right side of the stream. After a while, the path changes to the left side and soon leads to the bridge/parking lot at 380m. Here the stream flows into the Rio Toco.
