Situándonos en Berga por la C16 o en Solsona. En ambos casos hay que coger la C26 que las une. En el pk 135,1 el cami del Panta o en el 135,4 a Sant Metges (mejor opción). En el segundo caso aparcaremos al lado de la iglesia. En el primer caso a unos 500m del desvío, junto al depósito al que subiremos desde la iglesia.

Desde la iglesia subiremos al depósito a coger la pista que nos lleva hasta el pantano. Justo antes de la represa podemos descender al cauce o desde la barandilla de la presa hacer un rápel

Podremos volver por el sendero evidente de marcas rojas que cruza el torrente y que nos deja en la pista de la iglesia. Si continuamos los dos rápeles que quedan deberemos buscar un sendero poco evidente y algo perdedor que sale a la derecha
