Situándonos en Mondoñedo por la A8, salimos a coger la N634 y en el acceso al norte de Mondoñedo cogemos la LU160 dirección Ferreira (norte). Nada más cogerla salimos a la derecha al Coto da Recadeira y en la primera calle torcemos a la derecha para pasar por encima de la carretera en dirección a Seivane. Unos 100m antes de llegar a esta villa sale a la derecha una carreterilla asfaltada que remonta entre bosques hasta la Atalaya, con el canal del río Tronceda a nuestra derecha. Desde ese desvío son casi 4kms hasta una pista que baja a nuestra derecha hacia una pequeña central hidroeléctrica, bajaremos hasta ella y aparcaremos el coche de acceso. El coche de retorno es más fácil de situar, deberemos llegar al Área Recreativa de Fervenza. En Recadeira, en la LU160, casi en el p.k. 2 tenemos el desvío a la izquierda que nos lleva al área, aparcaremos allí.

We are in Mondoñedo on the A8, we take the N634 and at the access to the north of Mondoñedo we take the LU160 towards Ferreira (north). As soon as we take it, we turn right to Coto da Recadeira and in the first street we turn right to pass over the road towards Seivane. About 100m before reaching this village, a paved road goes off to the right that goes up through the woods to the Atalaya, with the Tronceda river channel on our right. From this detour it is almost 4kms to a track that goes down to our right to a small hydroelectric plant, we will go down to it and park the access car. The return car is easier to locate, we must reach the Recreational Area of Fervenza. In Recadeira, in the LU160, almost in the p.k. 2 we have the detour to the left that takes us to the area, we will park there.

Ver croquis Tras el primer sector, salimos por la central a la izquierda a la pista que hay unos metros arriba y la seguimos casi hasta el área recreativa. Aquí podremos rapelar las dos cascaditas en el segundo sector
