También conocido como Feysonciego y Espuena es un barranco seco a realizar cuando los demás están demasiado altos. Estético, aéreo, con rápeles largos… se podría decir que es un descenso vertiginoso. Si lo realizamos con combinación de vehículos los accesos y retornos son casi inmediatos.

Situándonos en Ainsa (N260), cogeremos la A138 dirección Francia por el túnel de Bielsa. A los pocos kilómetros pasaremos por Labuerda y en el pk57 llegamos a Escalona. Seguiremos dirección Francia pasando por Lafortunada hasta el desvío al valle de Chistau/Gistaín (A2609). Iremos por esta carretera hasta el desvío de Saravillo/Ibon de Plan, subiremos al pueblo hasta la barrera donde tendremos que pagar los 3€ para continuar por la pista del Ibon, unos 4kms en donde encontraremos el desvío a la derecha al refugio de Sta Isabel justo sobre el barranco. Aparcaremos aquí el coche de retorno. Seguiremos por la pista hasta el refugio donde aparcaremos

We are located in Ainsa (N260), we will take the A138 towards France through the Bielsa tunnel. After a few kilometers we will pass through Labuerda and at pk57 we arrive at Escalona. We will continue towards France passing through Lafortunada until the detour to the valley of Chistau/Gistaín (A2609). We will go along this road until the detour to Saravillo/Ibon de Plan, we will go up to the village until the barrier where we will have to pay the 3€ to continue along the track of Ibon, about 4kms where we will find the detour to the right to the refuge of Sta Isabel just above the ravine. We will park the car here to return. We will continue along the track to the refuge where we will park.

Al lado del refugio, a la izquierda de la pista sale un sendero que sube unos prados y cruza el bosque por encima de los cortados hasta el cauce.

Next to the refuge, to the left of the trail, there is a path that goes up some meadows and crosses the forest over the cliffs to the riverbed.

Un descenso bastante abierto con unos destrepes iniciales y rápeles sencillos que irán incrementando su altura hasta el circo en el que encontramos el gran rápel de 55m. Posteriormente encontraremos el de 45m. La parte final es un pequeño estrecho de 4 rápeles de hasta 16m que se abre al bosque.

A fairly open descent with a few initial drops and simple rappels that will increase in height up to the cirque where we find the large 55m rappel. Later we will find the one of 45m. The final part is a small strait of 4 rappels of up to 16m that opens to the forest.

Con dos coches seguiremos el cauce hasta la pista de ascenso. Con un solo coche al terminar el descenso encontraremos un sendero a la izquierda por el bosque que nos subirá hasta el refugio. Ascenso duro pero en un entorno precioso.

With two cars we will follow the riverbed to the ascent track. With only one car at the end of the descent we will find a path to the left through the forest that will take us up to the refuge. Hard ascent but in a beautiful environment.

No sencillos, quizás por la izquierda orográfica al sendero que sube al refugio
