Debemos situarnos en Morera de Montsant. Por C242 a Cornudella de Montsant y aquí giramos por la TV7021 a Morera. Aparcamos en el pueblo

Saldremos siguiendo los carteles que nos llevan a la vía ferrata de Montsant. Después de 1,5 kms llegaremos al desvío, si cogemos a la derecha iremos por la VF si seguimos de frente accederemos por el Grau de Sanfores, un paso también muy bonito. * Si vamos por la VF, la subiremos y seguimos hasta la cima donde encontramos un sendero que tomamos a la izquierda, iremos por todo lo alto, con buenas vistas siguiendo el sendero en sentido sur-oeste hacia el Grau de Sanfores. Antes de llegar giraremos ya dirección norte hacia el cauce del barranco. Cuando lleguemos al cauce solo hay que seguirlo * Si seguimos de frente al Grau de Sanfores y que va al Racó de la Missa, tras pasarlo, el sendero gira al norte para pasar por el cauce de nuestra barranco. Solo hay que seguirlo hasta la vertical

We will leave following the signs that lead us to the via ferrata of Montsant. After 1.5 kms we will arrive at the detour, if we take to the right we will go along the VF if we continue straight ahead we will access by the Grau de Sanfores, also a very nice step. * If we go along the VF, we will climb it and continue to the top where we find a path that we take to the left, we will go all the way up, with good views following the path in a south-west direction towards the Grau de Sanfores. Before arriving we will turn north towards the bed of the ravine. When we get to the bed just follow it. * If we continue facing the Grau de Sanfores and that goes to the Racó de la Missa, after passing it, the path turns north to pass through the bed of our ravine. Just follow it up to the vertical

Desde la parte inferior salimos a la izquierda al sendero que nos vuelve a llevar al Gray de Sanfores y de ahí por el sendero de acceso hasta el pueblo
