Desde España por el embalse de Lindoso (OU540) hacia Portugal o desde Ponte da Barca hacia España por la N203. Nos desviaremos por la CM1346 hacia Vila Cha (Sao Joao Baptista), pasaremos por Barral y tras pasar Sao Joao giraremos a la izquierda a Seixas y seguiremos a Paradela, 1km antes de llegar hay una curva a la derecha con sitio a la izquierda para aparcar, con el arroyo ya abajo a nuestra izquierda. Aquí dejamos el coche de acceso. Si tenemos coche de acceso deberemos ir a Vila Cha (Santiago) y aparcar por el camininho das Funteirinhas, por donde saldremos del río.

From Spain via the Lindoso reservoir (OU540) towards Portugal or from Ponte da Barca towards Spain on the N203. We turn off on the CM1346 towards Vila Cha (Sao Joao Baptista), pass through Barral and after passing Sao Joao turn left to Seixas and continue to Paradela, 1km before arriving there is a bend to the right with room on the left to park, with the stream already down to our left. Here we leave the access car. If we have access car we will have to go to Vila Cha (Santiago) and park by the camininho das Funteirinhas, where we will leave the river.

Desde el coche de acceso solo hay que bajar al río y seguirlo, sin entrar en él, hasta que hace el giro a la derena, al norte.

From the access car just go down to the river and follow it, without entering it, until it makes the turn to the right, to the north.

Sencillo salvo época de lluvias, un par de cascadas encajonas, muy estéticas y muchas pequeñas zonas de saltos, con tramos de andar

Simple except during the rainy season, a couple of waterfalls, very aesthetic and many small areas of jumps, with stretches of walking.

En la confluencia con el arroyo por la izquierda, tomaremos una sendita ascendente que nos lleva al camininho. Si hemos dejado coche aquí solo deberemos dirigirnos a nuestro punto. Con un solo coche subimos hasta Vila Cha, giramos a la izquierda por la calle da Poça para coger el Caminho do Coto por el que saldremos por una pista que se dirige al sur, la seguimos hasta cruzar el arroyo y ahora ya en ascenso gira a la izquierda, si la seguimos iremos haciendo un par de lazadas hasta subir a la carretera, si nos vemos con fuerza podremos atrochar acortando bastante el regreso. Una vez en la carretera la seguiremos a la izquierda hasta nuestra curva.

At the confluence with the stream on the left, we will take an ascending path that leads us to the camininho. If we have left the car here we only have to go to our point. With only one car we go up to Vila Cha, we turn left down the street da Poça to take the Caminho do Coto by which we will leave by a track that goes south, we follow it until we cross the stream and now in ascent it turns left, if we follow it we will make a couple of loops until we get to the road, if we are strong we can atrochar shortening the return quite a lot. Once on the road we will follow it to the left until our curve.
