Gleiche Anfahrt wie bei Bidighinzu u. Codulone: Von Nuoro oder Oliena kommend, biegen wir 4,3 km ab dem Punkt, wo sich die östliche Straßenausfahrt von Oliena mit der Ortsumgehungsstraße vereinigt hat, von der SP46 rechts ab und fahren 2,4 km zur Su Cologone-Quelle. Etwa 200m vor Erreichen des großen Parkplatzes biegen wir rechts ab in das Valle di Lanaitto. Es folgt ein Anstieg auf schmaler Teerstraße, die später in eine Sandstraße übergeht. Nach 4,4 km kommen wir an eine Y-Verzweigung. Wir nehmen die links abgehende. Wo es rechts zur Grotta di sa Oche weggeht ( 2,2 km nach der Y-Verzweigung), fahren wir geradeaus immer auf der "Hauptstraße" bis in den Talschluss. Wenige Meter weiter quert die Piste ein Trockenes Bachbett.

Same approach as for Bidighinzu and Codulone: Coming from Nuoro or Oliena, turn right off the SP46 4.3 km from the point where the eastern exit of Oliena joins the bypass and continue for 2.4 km to the Su Cologone spring. About 200m before reaching the large parking lot, turn right into the Valle di Lanaitto. This is followed by an ascent on a narrow tarred road, which later turns into a sand road. After 4.4 km we come to a Y-junction. We take the one on the left. Where it goes off to the right to the Grotta di sa Oche (2.2 km after the Y-junction), we continue straight ahead on the "main road" to the end of the valley. A few meters further on, the track crosses a dry streambed.

Auf der südlichwest abzweigenden Sandstraße bald auf einen Steig ins Codula S'Ozzastru Tal. Zunächst neben der Schlucht, dann im Bachbett bis das Trockenbett des Badde Dorone von links mündet. Noch etwas in der Schlucht bergauf bis man bei einem Steinmann nach links unter die Wand aufsteigen kann. In einer Linkskurve aufsteigen und auf einem langen Band ansteigend durch die Wand. Nach einer ausgesetzten Platte gerade bzw. leicht linkshaltend über steile aber griffige Platten aufwärts. Steinmänner und Bohrhaken an den schwierigsten Passagen. Oben angekommen rechtshaltend absteigen und entlang kleiner Steinmänner ins Tal der Badde Dorone absteigen. Nach kurzer Abkletterei steht man vor der ersten Abseilstelle (Steig geht nach links über Walcholdertreppe)

On the sand road branching off to the southwest, soon take a path into the Codula S'Ozzastru valley. First next to the canyon, then in the streambed until the dry bed of the Badde Dorone flows in from the left. Continue uphill in the canyon until you can climb under the wall to the left at a cairn. Ascend in a left-hand bend and ascend on a long ledge through the wall. After an exposed slab, keep straight or slightly left and ascend over steep but grippy slabs. Cairns and bolts on the most difficult passages. At the top, descend keeping right and descend along small cairns into the Badde Dorone valley. After a short descent, you will reach the first abseil point (the path goes left via the Walcholder steps)

Auf dem Wanderweg das Tal hinaus bis zur Anfahrtspiste, kurze Abkletterpassagen. Am Weg zurück kommt man an der manchmal offenen Höhle Sa Honhedda 'e Sa Hessa vorbei. Nach dem Tor gehts kurz kriechend bzw. gebückt in eine Riesenhalle mit Lichtfenster 80m oberhalb.

Follow the hiking trail out of the valley to the access road, short downclimbs. On the way back you pass the sometimes open Sa Honhedda 'e Sa Hessa cave. After the gate, crawl or stoop briefly into a huge hall with a light window 80m above.
