Accesos bcos Valle del Gran Rey Situándonos en Valle del Gran Rey, necesitaremos dos coches. El de retorno en la subida de La Caleta a Arure, pasado El Retamal tenemos tres horquillas muy cerradas, en la segunda de izquierdas, antes del túnel, tenemos el saltadero a la derecha y sitio para aparcar. Con el coche de acceso seguiremos subiendo hacia Arure, justo en la subida, al llegar, tenemos un desvío a la derecha hacia Las Hayas. Tras pasar el cementerio, que se queda a la izquierda, 250m tenemos a la derecha una pista que baja hacia el embalse, deberemos aparcar por aquí pues no se suele poder bajar.
