Descenso a planificar muy bien tanto por las limitaciones, tiempo que se tarda en realizar, material, precauciones para la salida (pequeña escalada que deberemos superar), etc. Dentro de la Zona de Especial Protección para las Aves (ZEPA), estaría prohibido entre febrero y julio. Por la carretera de Buenavista del Norte, con el coche de retorno seguiremos hacia el faro/punta de Teno, 500m antes de llegar podremos dejar el coche de retorno. Con el coche de acceso, otra vez en Buenavista, salimos por la carretera de El Palmar TF436, justo pasado El Palmar tomamos el desvío a la derecha a Teno Alto. Una vez en Teno, llegaremos al bar los Bailaderos, aquí seguimos de frente hacia Punta de Teno y luego en el siguiente cruce a la izquierda. Si buscamos en Maps, es la calle de la Quesería Naturteno o la paralela. Buscamos un buen sitio donde aparcar sin molestar
