Varias maneras de llegar hasta Salardú. Desde la Val d'Aran por la N230, o desde Francia por la N125 hasta Vielha y subimos hacia la Bonaigua. Desde el lado de Sort atravesando el Port de la Bonaigua Una vez en Salardú giraremos hacia Bagergue. Llegaremos a este bonito pueblo, lo atravesaremos y seguiremos por la pista al lado del río Unhola, cuando se bifurca para ir a la Borda Lana (izquierda) nosotros iremos por la derecha por la pista de Liat. Veremos una represa a nuestra izquierda y el barranco de Maupás. Lo atravesamos y seguimos hacia arriba a la Cabaña de Calhaus en donde aparcaremos.

There are several ways to get to Salardú. From the Val d'Aran by the N230, or from France by the N125 to Vielha and go up to the Bonaigua. From the Sort side crossing the Port de la Bonaigua. Once in Salardú turn towards Bagergue. We will arrive at this pretty village, cross it and continue along the track next to the river Unhola, when it forks to go to the Borda Lana (left) we will go right along the track of Liat. We will see a dam on our left and the Maupás ravine. We cross it and continue up to the Calhaus Hut where we will park.

Seguiremos por la pista hasta encontrar el GR, giraremos a la derecha siguiéndolo hasta una altura de unos 2200m en donde hay un pequeño prado casi llano y el acceso a la derecha al río Calhaus.

We will continue along the track until we find the GR, turn right and follow it up to an altitude of about 2200m where there is a small meadow almost flat and the access to the right to the Calhaus river.

Descenso alpino, de alta montaña, con gran caudal en primavera por los deshielos y con el sufrimiento de las instalaciones que ello conlleva. No tiene rápeles demasiado expuestos o largos pero sí complicados en caso de caudal elevado. De todas formas es bastante abierto por lo que se podrá escapar en muchos momentos.

Alpine, high mountain descent, with great flow in spring due to the thaws and with the suffering of the facilities that this entails. It does not have very exposed or long rappels but it is complicated in case of high flow. In any case, it is quite open so you can escape at many times.
