Tendremos que situarnos en Arouca, en la provincia de Aveiro Desde aquí nos dirigimos hacia Moldes por la CM1251 y seguimos esta carretera hacia el sur a Bustelo. Giramos a la derecha a Espinho por la M511 hasta casi Merujal. Al cruzarnos con la M621 giramos a la izquierda a Mizarela. Si tenemos dos vehículos, justo antes de llegar a Mizarela, cogeremos a la derecha para bajar a Ribeira (por el mirador) Con el coche de acceso, o si solo tenemos uno, seguimos por la carretera, pasamos Mizarela, luego Cabaços y al poco giramos a la derecha. Poco después desvío a la derecha a Castanheira en donde aparcaremos

We will have to be located in Arouca, in the province of Aveiro. From here we head towards Moldes on the CM1251 and follow this road south to Bustelo. Turn right to Espinho on the M511 until almost Merujal. When we cross the M621 we turn left to Mizarela. If we have two vehicles, just before arriving at Mizarela, we will turn right to go down to Ribeira (by the viewpoint). With the access car, or if we only have one, we continue along the road, pass Mizarela, then Cabaços and soon turn right. Shortly after we turn right to Castanheira where we will park.

Dos opciones: 1.- Con dos coches seguiremos el río Caima hasta el puente al lado de Ribeira y subimos al pueblo en donde hemos dejado el 2º vehículo. 2.- Con un coche, al llegar al río Caima lo seguimos atentos para coger el sendero PR que desde el puente sube hacia Castanheira
