Debemos situarnos en Ademuz. Buscaremos la pista asfaltada/carreterín que nos lleva al Val de la Sabina y Mas del Olmo. Pasaremos el Val y un par de kilómetros antes del Mas de Olmo cruzaremos el barranco y veremos el desvío a la derecha a la instalación recreativa “Molino de los Cuchillos”. Unos metros antes hay otra pista que se mete hacia los sembrados, nos metemos por aquí y un poco más adelante aparcamos el coche de acceso. El coche de retorno si no tenemos lo aparcamos en el área recreativa

We must be located in Ademuz. We will look for the asphalt road/carriageway that takes us to Val de la Sabina and Mas del Olmo. We will pass the Val and a couple of kilometers before the Mas del Olmo we will cross the ravine and we will see the detour to the right to the recreational facility "Molino de los Cuchillos". A few meters before there is another track that goes into the fields, we get in here and a little further on we park the access car. If we do not have the return car, we park it in the recreational area.

Bajamos al cauce y lo seguimos hasta los rápeles

We go down to the riverbed and follow it to the rappels.

Una primera parte muy abierta y sin interés hasta que se precipita a la Rambla de Val, en donde tenemos los 6 rápeles. Se supone que se puede salir a la derecha para remontar por donde podamos o por la izquierda hacia el área recreativa,aunque es difícil.Otra opción es cruzar la rambla de la Val,y subir arriba buscando el mejor sitio,para volver a buscar la pista abanadonada que nos llevará al coche.
