Debemos situarnos en la iglesia de Silán (Rego de Silán). Podemos ir por la AG-64 y tomar la salida 43 a la LU540 Viveiro. En el PK27 tenemos el desvío a la derecha a Viveiró, hasta donde iremos y una vez allí nos desviamos a Candeal por la CP6502. Esta carretera nos lleva a la iglesia. La tendremos a la izquierda y a la derecha una explanada donde aparcar (zona de aparcamiento para el Rego de Silán). Seguiremos la carretera casi 2 kms y veremos el desvío a la derecha a Vilariño, lo pasaremos y el puente sobre el río. A unos 100m tenemos una pista a la izquierda y una cruz a la derecha. Aparcamos aquí.

We must be located in the church of Silán (Rego de Silán). We can go by the AG-64 and take exit 43 to LU540 Viveiro. At PK27 we have the detour to the right to Viveiró, where we will go and once there we turn off to Candeal by the CP6502. This road takes us to the church. We will have it on the left and on the right an esplanade where to park (parking area for the Rego de Silán). We will follow the road for almost 2 kms and we will see the detour to the right to Vilariño, we will pass it and the bridge over the river. After about 100m we have a track on the left and a cross on the right. We park here.

Retrocedemos unos metros y vemos un sendero que baja al río.

We go back a few meters and see a path that goes down to the river.

Bonito, estético, bien formado y mejor instalado descenso. Con caudales medios es una maravilla, con caudales elevados puede suponer un problema. Tiene unos rápeles encadenados de 5+10 preciosos.

Beautiful, aesthetic, well-shaped and better installed descent. With medium flows it is a marvel, with high flows it can be a problem. It has some beautiful 5+10 chained rappels.

Tras el salto de 4m veremos un hito/fita/mojón a la derecha que nos indica un sendero por el que remontar. Este sendero nos saca a donde hemos aparcado

After the 4m jump we will see a milestone/mark/boulder on the right that indicates a trail to go up. This trail takes us to where we have parked.
