Debemos acercarnos hasta Puertomingalvo por la TE-V-8111 Desde Puertomingalvo salir dirección a Villahermosa del Río (Castellón), y al llegar a la Ermita de Santa Bárbara girar a la derecha dejando la carretera por una pista primero asfaltada y luego de tierra, que baja hacia el rio y el pueblo de Castelvispal. Continuar la senda bien marcada sin tomar ningún desvío que nos lleve en dirección al cauce hasta encontrar, a unos 15min de subida; una clara bifurcación señalizada con mojones que nos lleva a la surgencia aguas arriba. Al llegar enfrente de las paredes calizas subir por las pendientes de la izquierda señalizadas con mojones y con alguna pequeña trepada; hasta una evidente cornisa llana que por la izquierda de cauce nos lleva a la cabecera por encima de las barreras calizas.
