Por la carretera que sube al puerto de San Isidro AS253 / AS112 Pasaremos Felechosa y Cuevas, en torno al p.k. 34 tenemos un apartadero a la izquierda (sentido ascendente al puerto), “El Carrozal” en el que aparcaremos.

En frente sale un senderito que baja a una pista, dicha pista cruza el río San Isidro y se dirige a la montaña. Al poco se convierte en sendero serpenteante que remonta, entre un tupido bosque, por la derecha orográfica de nuestro descenso. A una altura de 1100m, dentro de este precioso hayedo, dejaremos el sendero y nos iremos a la derecha para entrar al río

In front of us there is a small path that descends to a track that crosses the San Isidro River and heads towards the mountain. Soon it becomes a winding path that goes up, through a dense forest, on the orographic right of our descent. At an altitude of 1100m, inside this beautiful beech forest, we will leave the trail and go to the right to enter the river.

Sin descanso, rápeles de entre 10 y 30m que tienen su colofón en el 6º, un bonito estrechamiento que recoge todo el agua de la zona. Precaución en este punto si el caudal es elevado, en cuyo casi mejor descender desde un árbol a la izquierda para evitar el activo. Tras esto unos cuantos rápeles más para terminar de descender hasta la llanura inferior.

Saldremos a la izquierda a una senda que nos lleva a una pista medio abandonada, de las casetas de pastores que nos llevará a un puentecillo para cruzar el río San Isidro y llegar a la pista de acceso, la tomaremos hacia la derecha para buscar la senda que nos sube a la carretera.
