Iremos hasta Covaleda, cabecera del río Duero, al pie de los picos de Urbión. Zona de vegetación exuberante en la que podremos disfrutar del senderismo. Por la N234 hasta Abejar y luego la CL117 a Molinos de Duero y Covaleda. Al llegar a Covaleda lo sobrepasamos y llegamos al polígono industrial, aquí encontraremos un cartel que indica “Picos de Urbión” a la derecha, subiremos por esa calle que se convertirá en pista forestal. A partir de aquí iremos siguiendo los indicadores del refugio de “Boca del Prado” o “Bocalprado”. Una vez en el refugio seguiremos las indicaciones a la cascada del Médico, que será coger la pista de la derecha y a los pocos metros la de la izquierda. A los 2kms aparcamos.

By the N234 to Abejar and then the CL117 to Molinos de Duero and Covaleda. Arriving at Covaleda we pass it and reach the industrial estate, here we will find a sign indicating "Picos de Urbión" on the right, we will go up this street that will become a forest track. From here we will follow the signs to the refuge of "Boca del Prado" or "Bocalprado".
