Desde Covilha (A23 o N18) u Oliveira do Hospital (N17) Tendremos que coger la N231 hasta Loriga en plan Serra da Estrela, una vez en el pueblo podemos aparcar por aquí o bajar hasta el EDAR y aparcar en sus inmediaciones.
From Covilha (A23 or N18) or Oliveira do Hospital (N17) We will have to take the N231 to Loriga in Serra da Estrela plan, once in the village we can park here or go down to the EDAR and park nearby.

Saldremos por la pista que baja al río, cruzamos el puente y remontamos. Seguimos la senda que va paralela al río unos metros más arriba y a los 600m de cruzar el puente, desvío a la derecha a bajar al río (Marmitas del gigante). Allí accedemos al río
We will leave by the track that goes down to the river, cross the bridge and go uphill. We follow the path that runs parallel to the river a few meters up and 600m after crossing the bridge, turn right to go down to the river (Marmitas del gigante). There we access the river

Sencillo, solo 3 dificultades, las dos primeras saltables. La última una bonita cascada de 17m instalada a la derecha
Simple, only 3 difficulties, the first two jumpable. The last one is a nice 17m waterfall on the right side.

Tras la cascada podemos ir por el margen del río hasta un puente en el que remontamos y cogemos el camino de regreso
After the waterfall we can go along the river bank to a bridge where we go upstream and take the path back to the river.
