Por la AP2 o por la N240 a Vinaixa. Cogeremos la LP7013 a El Vilosell, lo cruzaremos y, pasado el p.k. 8, tenemos una curva a derechas con una pista a la izquierda a la Ermita de Sant Miquel de la Tosca. Seguiremos esta pista hasta el final donde hay un área de recreo.
By the AP2 or by the N240 to Vinaixa. Take the LP7013 to El Vilosell, cross it and, after km. 8, we have a right turn with a track on the left to the Ermita de Sant Miquel de la Tosca. Follow this track to the end where there is a recreation area.

Por la senda que sube al Coll de Abellar. Sendero en ascenso que remonta por el bosque. Al llegar al poste indicador (unos 25 min de subida), iremos por el sendero de la izquierda y al poco bajaremos al cauce para encontrar el primer rápel
Along the path that goes up to the Coll de Abellar. Path uphill that goes up through the forest. When you reach the signpost (about 25 min of ascent), take the path to the left and soon descend to the riverbed to find the first rappel.

Es un descenso abierto con marmitas que en muchas ocasiones puede tener agua estancada (a tener en cuenta) los rápeles no tienen demasiada enjundia salvo el último que nos deja en el aparcamiento
