Desde la Aldea de San Nicolás por la GC210 en dirección a los embalses. Antes del pk. 30 tenemos una pista a la derecha y hay sitio para aparcar
From Aldea de San Nicolás on the GC210 towards the reservoirs. Before pk. 30 we have a track on the right and there is a place to park.
Zustieg (20 min): ➜
Bajaremos por la pista hasta el barranco de la Aldea, lo cruzamos y seguimos la pista unos 150m, aquí giramos a la izquierda para seguir subiendo a la represa. Una vez en la represa podemos empezar desde aquí o subir unos 400m más para alargar el descenso y hacer el rápel superior
We go down the track to the ravine of La Aldea, cross it and follow the track for about 150m, here we turn left to continue climbing to the dam. Once at the dam we can start from here or climb about 400m more to extend the descent and do the upper rappel.

Toboganes y saltos cuando el río lleva caudal, varios rapelitos para practicar, sin demasiada dificultad
Slides and jumps when the river is flowing, several rappels to practice, without too much difficulty.

Llegaremos el bco de la Aldea y nos iremos a coger la pista de acceso
We will arrive at the village and we will take the access road to the village.
