Entre Motágua y Oliveira do Bairro por la N334-1 A mitad de camino en Carvalhal, desvío a la derecha a Paredes. Poco antes de llegar al pueblo sale una pista por la izquierda que lleva hasta la cascada de Paredes, casi al final de la pista aparcaremos.
Between Motágua and Oliveira do Bairro on the N334-1. Halfway in Carvalhal, turn right to Paredes. Shortly before reaching the village there is a track on the left that leads to the waterfall of Paredes, almost at the end of the track we will park.

Seguimos la pista que nos lleva a la cascada por la derecha orográfica hay unas pasarelas y un sendero, por aquí subiremos hasta superarla, en donde se abre y vemos que se puede acceder al cauce
