Debemos llegar a Folgoso do Courel Desde Folgoso por la LU-P-4701 llegamos a Baldomir y desde aquí a O Touzón. Aquí podemos dejar el coche pues estamos en la salida o seguir un poco más adelante hasta una curva cerrada a izquierda.
We must arrive at Folgoso do Courel From Folgoso by the LU-P-4701 we arrive at Baldomir and from here to O Touzón. Here we can leave the car because we are in the exit or follow a little ahead until a closed curve to the left.

Desde la curva cerrada a izquierdas sale un sendero que en 200m nos deja en el río.

Corto descenso que puede ser bastante resbaladizo. Todos los rápeles son naturales luego habrá que escoger bien para poder recuperar bien las cuerdas.

Tras el último rápel llegamos al río Louzaras, lo seguimos hasta el puente de Sudrios y aquí cogemos el sendero que sube a O Touzon.
